Everybody has an ax to grind, so they say. But do you deal with it especially if it’s someone from your workplace? Or much worse, your boss? Gone are the days when we seek help or advice from our parents, our friends and people we trust. The Internet is everyone’s best friend now. Just one post on Facebook or Twitter can make or break you — or your employer. That’s the power of the Internet: it can damage one’s reputation, but it also serves as a way to alert bad employers and hopefully, change their ways on how they handle their business and their people.

Here at Axbow, we welcome all your grievances and resentments. If you have an outstanding rift against your boss or higher ups in the office, feel free to post it here. The purpose is to warn current and future employees of that company of its wrongdoings and bad management. Of course, you got to keep it honest. Even if you post here anonymously, you got to be honest with your issues.
